Tia E., M.Ed
Tyreka “Tia” Eason is a devoted wife, proud mother of five, and passionate educator dedicated to serving children and families through Christ-centered learning. As Founder and Co-Director of Excel Preschool Academy, she loves creating a nurturing environment where children can grow beyond what they even imagine.
Tia holds a BA in Applied Behavioral Sciences and a Master of Education (Early Intervention and Child Development), and she is deeply committed to strengthening families and serving her community alongside her husband (Mr. Ricky).
Outside of work, she enjoys serving in her church, reading, spending time with her family and her fur baby, and discovering great places to eat with her family and friends.

It is truly an honor to serve you and your children. What began as a vision rooted in faith and love has grown into a community where children are nurtured, families are supported, and learning is filled with purpose.
We are committed to helping them build strong foundations that will guide them for a lifetime, rooted in love but most importantly, CHRIST!
As owners, parents, and partners in this journey, we are deeply committed to excellence both inside and outside the classroom. We strive to create a place where children feel loved, families feel welcomed, and faith is woven into everyday learning and relationships.
